| Description: | The villino is situated at the beginning of Via Appia Antica (Regina Viarum) in the largest archaeological area in Rome. The place is near the famous catacombs of S.Callisto and S.Sebastiano and very close to the church of Quo Vadis built in 1620 where Jesus Christ appeared to S.Peter telling Him "Quo Vadis Domine?" (where are you going Domine?). The print of the feet of Jesus Christ appeared on the stone of Appia Antica and today visitors may admire them in the Church. Because of its extraordinary archaeological value and environmental peculiarity, the area of Appia Antica has been proposed as area of national interested to be classified as National Park. An easy ten minutes from the centre by car or bus or bike (1,5 mile) Appia Antica is served by archeobus. This villa is build in 1700, completely restored, is composed by: private garden of 1000 mq about. The garden is furnished with table and chairs. The apartment is composed by living room with sofa, double bed room with wardrobe, bathroom with shower, kitchen with frigo, washing machine, stereo and TV. | |||
