Description:	“A “short distance from Rome” and just a short distance from the most beautiful Umbrian cities in a stupendous property of 400 hectares.... “Podernovo Houses & Country” is a complex of holiday homes in completely restored farmhouses, with 18 welcoming and elegant apartments. Podernovo which includes the wine company “Castello delle Regine” (Queens’ Castle) is located between the communes of Narni and Amelia in a “green paradise” rich with forests, vineyards and a further seven thousand olive trees, Chianina cows in a unique and uncontaminated setting where you will often see wild boars, hares, hedgehogs, foxes and numerous winged animals. Within the estate, you will find various services, such as three swimming pools, a tennis court, mountain bike facilities and a restaurant which, open throughout the year, offers numerous specialities for lunch and dinner, prepared mainly with ingredients from our land: meat, vegetables, oil and grappa, as well as our own wines. An exclusive complex, it is also ideal for receptions, parties and weddings; it can host up to two hundred people with one kitchen set aside exclusively for functions. In other words, an extraordinary place, a short distance from Rome, with the opportunity to visit the most beautiful places in Umbria, which, in its surrounds, offers numerous cities and places of historical and natural interest. The Farmhouses The structure is composed of four farmhouses: Ulivo, Cipresso, Quercia and Patassa, completely restored with regard to the environment and traditions of the area. Each farmhouse provides a swimming pool, for exclusive use by its guests. The apartments, with typical wooden beams, spacious and tastefully furnished, all include central heating, air-conditioning, telephone, satellite TV with Sky, living area with a chimney, a fully-equipped kitchen and bed linen and towels.
