This prestigious and very
recently renovated housing complex is located right behind the renowned Santa
Maria Maggiore Basilica and Santa Prassede Basilica and a short distance from
the Colosseum and Termini Station. It is comprised of 16 modern units that are
located on 3 floors.
The location is ideal for
tourists: in less than a 15-minute walk you can reach the archeological areas
of the Colosseum and the Imperial Forum, or the marvellous San Pietro in
Vincoli Basilica and the picturesque Monti district. This area is well
connected by public transit (buses and both metro lines A and B) and there are
also many shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
The main entrance of the
building is on Via dell'Olmata, in the characteristic Esquilino district, and
gives you access to a large entrance hall with 3 elevators. The residence has a
doorman service, moreover, there are a meeting room for 12 people and a fitness
center with a bathroom with shower at our guests' disposal. A wi-fi network is available to all customers in the
lobby and in the meeting room.
The apartments have high
quality material finishings and are furnished with contemporary style items,
they can house up to 4 guests and are comprised of air conditioning, central
heating, internet key, LCD TV, washing machine, dishwasher, stereo system with cable radio,
safe, kettle, toaster, iron and hair dryer.
