The apartment is inside the homonym building which is safeguarded by the Italian Ministry of Fine Arts since on it’s ceilings there are many Renaissance frescos. It is composed by a large and very elegant living room with couches, that can sit up to 10-15 people, and with a wonderful fresco on the ceiling belonging the 18th Century that represents Jesus and the apostles, a large dining room with fireplace that can sit up to 10 people, a spacious kitchen with professional tools adequate to prepare important meals, a small washroom to wash hands adjoined to the dining room, a billiard room, a study with internet access, a guest room that can sleep 2 or 3 people that has an internal bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, a master bedroom with a queen size bed and with a very big internal bathroom that has a Jacuzzi bathtub for 2 people and a Jacuzzi shower. It is furnished with air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite plasma TV in all rooms, professional Hi-Fi, laundry, maid available 24 hrs a day. Italian art works that belong to the 18th -19th Century, prestigious artists’ modern art works, extremely prestigious modern and antique furniture, wooden floors in all rooms, precious marble and great quality tapestry complete this exceptionally luxurious apartment, unique among our proposals. |
