Just a short email to tell you how very enjoyable our stay was in Rome.  The apartment was very well situated and well maintained though one comment was that the shower cubicle door needs rehanging and possibly a little bit of filler could be used to seal a few breaks in the tiling within the shower around the shelf area.
 
I hope that your representative found everything in order when she came to collect the keys etc.
 
Once again thank you very much for the excellent service and we shall be recommending you to our friends.

It's been a long time since Holy Week in Rome and our stay at the Parlamento, but I have been meaning to thank you for all your help and suggestions. We had a wonderful time. We all enjoyed the superb location and the thousands of delights of Rome. It was a perfect week and you helped to make it that way. We are talking about returning to Italy in March and either staying again in Rome or maybe Florence and Tuscany. I will certainly be in touch if that is what we decide.
