Departure at 7.00am from the apartment you're staying at. Arrival at about 10.00am and drop off in the centre. There will be a mobile phone numbers exchange and then the appointment for going back to Rome will be at 5.00pm in the same spot again. If you wish to visit Perugia too, the departure will be at 1.30pm, same place, with no price difference. You can also decide to have lunch in Perugia. You will arrive at 2.30/3.00pm and the return will be at 5.00pm as well. Arrival in Rome at about 8pm.

Assisi is a town in Italy in province of Perugia, Italy, in the Umbria region, on the western flank of Mt. Subasio. It is the birthplace of St. Francis, who founded the Franciscan religious order in the town in 1208, and St. Clare (Chiara d'Offreducci), the founder of the Poor Clares.

Saint Gabriel of Our Lady of Sorrows of the 19th century was also born in Assisi. The town is dominated by two medieval castles. The larger, called Rocca Maggiore, is a massive presence meant to intimidate the people of the town: it was built by Cardinal Albornoz (1367) and added to by Popes Pius II and Paul III.

UNESCO collectively designated the major monuments and urban fabric of Assisi as a World Heritage Site. Perugia chocolate is very popular in Italy, and the city hosts a chocolate festival every October. The city symbol is the griffin, which can be seen in the form of plaques and statues on buildings around the city.
