It is very well located because so near (walking distance of maximum 10 minutes) to the major Roman Ruins sites: Coliseum, Domus Aurea, Fori Imperiali, Caracalla Baths and Circo Massimo. The famous Basilicas of SAN PIETRO IN VINCOLI, SAN CLEMENTE, SANTA MARIA MAGGIORE AND SAN GIOVANNI IN LATERANO are also located in this area. To reach the city center or other places in Rome is easy because this area is very well connected with buses and subway (walking distance 5 minutes from line A , Manzoni stop, and line B, Colosseo stop). This area is very safe and lively and there is a very pleasant park next door, the Coliseum Gardens. You will find plenty of food stores, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars and all type of other shops just next door. The best beaches of Rome , the dunes of Capocotta and Castel Porziano are reachable in 25 minutes by car, otherwise the wide beach of Ostia is reachable by subway. This apartment was totally renovated during the year 2001. It is located on the first floor of a 19th century Palazzo, its windows are directed on a large internal courtyard . This 35 square meters apartment is very quiet and comfortable, modernly equipped and furnished with taste. The floor is covered by wood parquet.
