In via Margutta, the famous artists' street in the centre of Rome, this apartment offers our guests a romantic and unforgettable stay. Thanks to an intelligent renovation, this beautiful loft with panoramic terrace on the same level has been created out of the old studio of the artist Lorenzo Gigotti housed in a typical, late 18th-century building. A large loft has been created out of the original artist's studio in which a spacious mezzanine floor has been built with double bed, tables and wardrobe connected to the large living room by an elegant walnut staircase. The room, lit by two great windows with terracotta tiled floor, includes a sitting area with two double sofa beds, a dining table, functional kitchen and a luxurious bathroom in majolica with bath, separate shower cabinet and double wash basins sunk into a marble top. Leading off the sitting room is a stupendous large terrace with a view over the roofs of Rome. |
