Extra luxury and prestigious apartment located in Via della Fontanella Borghese, a short distance from the Spanish Steps. The property has been recently renovated by a well-known Roman architect and is situated inside the Noble Genga Palace. It was built in 1760 by the Cardinal Annibale della Genga who later became Pope Leone XII. The building has a doorman and is safeguarded in its entirety by the Italian Ministry of Culture because of the numerous Renaissance frescos on the ceilings. It is made up of large living room with sofas and fireplace, dining area with piano, a small tea room filled with greenery, a large double bedroom with ensuite thermal area and hydro-massage Jacuzzi tub for 2 people, a large bathroom with shower, a wardrobe room, a single bedroom, a large modern and fully equipped kitchen, and second bathroom without shower.
