regresé ayer de las vacaciones que he efectuado por Italia y era para darles mi enhorabuena en cuanto al servicio prestado tanto vía e-mail como personalmente con el encargado de hacer la entrega de las llaves (Alessandro, en el Estudio Arcos -Roma-). Nunca había oido hablar de este tipo de servicio pero tened por seguro que a partir de ahora serán muchas las personas a las que les recomiende vuestra página.

Hi Anna,

Dear Anna,

Our stay in the Cardinal appartment went very well.  It is not very
large but it is very charming.

We got used to the :private bus, No.982: which was at our disposal at
the bottom of the lane and which took us anywhere we wanted to go.


Mrs. Tagliferri and her son were very kind and informative.  She even
had the apartment cleaned for us in the middle of our stay.

Thank you for the interest.

PS  The taxi drivers were quite nice and helpfull as well.

We had a lovely time and everything was fine. The apartment was nice and
clean and in a fantastic location. The only thing I would suggest is that
they get a kettle for the apartment as it was the only thing we couldn't
find. If we come to Italy agin we'll definitely use your services.

Dear Isaac,

I actually live in Rome and rented this apartment for my mother and sister who were visiting for Easter. I was very pleasantly surprised with the size and excellent condition of the apartment. The central living space is both large and comfortable: perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. The location is central yet relatively quiet. The helpful owner's have their home and business nearby so it was easy to contact them in person for advice and practical tips. I will definitely be renting this again for future visitors.

The apartment was perfect! What a wonderful sun-shade Tomaso  had installed for us. We really appreciate that! I was happy to give-up all the cash Euros I was carrying with me too. It was quite hot for our visit to Rome, but we had such a cool retreat to return to after walking the streets. The driver who met us at Termini was perfect too. I will highly recommend your services to anyone visiting Rome! Thank you.

mais uma vez, fiquei no Loft Trevi Romance. Foi tudo ótimo, o apto era
como esperado, o local maravilhoso, pertissímo da Fontana di Trevi
como eu queria, enfim, tudo saiu perfeito. Mais uma vez agradeço sua
amabilidade e paciência, e sobretudo seu profissionalismo.
Ano que vem volto a Roma, pois é meu destino preferido de férias e com

wir sind ja wieder wohlbehalten zurück aus Rom. Ich muß dir sagen ich bin oder ich war mit alles sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung war wunderbar und ich bin sehr zufrieden gewesen. Leider hatte ja der Zug 2,5, Stunden verspätung aber gut das kommt eben vor.

die Osterreicher waren schuld weil der Zug aus Wien in Bologna verspätung hatte, die Wagen werden mit den deutschen Wägen zusammengehängt.

Aber sonst war alles perfekt und ich bin voll des lobes. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett, die beste bis jetzt die ich kennengelernt habe. Als begrüßung

hat sie mir sogar eine Flasche Wein mitgebracht.


und sehr gelobt da ja die Wohnung wunderbar war und die nähe zum Vatikn ist ja perfekt gewesen. vielleicht springt ja eine kleine Anerkennung für

die Werbung eines neun Kunden heraus.

Just wanted to give some feedback about our apartment booking in Rome

It was perfect just the right size for us and I got all my washing
done ready to go on our cruise. The facilities were good (although the
shower box was a bit small) we really enjoyed being able to see the
area as a local Mr Alexandro was very prompt to come when we rang to
say we had arrived and told us where the local supermarket was. It is
a very calm apartment we walked past the Spanish steps it was noisy
all around but as soon as we closed the front door it was so peaceful
and very comfortable.

Many thanks we would certainly encourage our friends to book an
apartment through you rather than a hotel.
