Escribo para decirles que el apartamento (Palazzo de Monthioni) estaba muy bien, tal cual se especificaba y mejor incluso, en cuanto a limpio y muy cuidados los detalles del mismo. La propietaria nos dejo una dirección para poder hacer una evaluación, pero no la encuentro, por eso el motivo de este mail. Si me pueden facilitar la dirección la cumplimentaré, sino, espero que les valga con esto. Muchas gracias, si podemos volver a Roma nos pondremos en contacto con ustedes de nuevo.

Hi Anna,
Just wanted to let you know that we had an excellent stay at Metastasio.
We actually arrived earlier than expected and Mrs. Billiana was able to meet us sooner which was very nice of her.
The apartment was very cute, had everything we needed, and was in a great location! The BEST part was the air conditioner! Rome was beautiful and extremely hot so the air conditioner was like a dream everytime we walked in the door. We have returned from our trip to Italy and would like to thankyou for your recommondation of the Accetti Palace in Rome for our accommodation. The apartment was beautiful and was central to everything and we will be recommending your company to anyone who is looking for accommodation in Rome. You have been very helpful in finding us accommodation and always replied to our emails promptly.
Can you also please pass on our thanks to Ornella as we were unable to thank her for organising the transportation of our lost luggage. Without her I feel we would not have received our luggage as promptly as we did and were very grateful to her for organising that on her behalf. If it is possible could you please send me her postal address as I would like to send her a card from Australia thanking her for this.

I just wanted to thank you for finding the apartment. We had a wonderful time and the apartment was perfect. In a great, quiet location but just minutes away from all the attractions, it was very clean, secure and with every thing we needed and we were met with a very warm welcome.
