We just got back from a fantastic time in Roma and Venice. I wanted to thank you for such a great service. Everything was as expected from being picked up at the airport to the wonderful apartment. We sincerely believe we could not have made a better choice of apartment or management team. Please thank the owners for the use of their lovely place, or forward this email. Having traveled to over 40 countries, it is common to find that people in the larger cities tend not to have much time for tourists. But not in Italy. Everyone was so helpful and patient with us not speaking the language. One thing that may of helped a little would be an information sheet in the apartment regarding such things at entering and leaving the apartment using the buttons and intercom. Also what to do with rubbish or recycling. Once we are rested and settled back, I will post a comment on Tripadvisor about the wonderful service and efficiency we received from Rental In Rome. Our time in Rome was fantastic, in no small part due to this beautiful Trevi apartment. The apartment has been recently renovated with an obvious emphasis on quality. It is extremely well furnished and decorated, and was perfect for our family of five (including three teenagers). The location was exceptional and we truly enjoyed both the atmosphere and the view of the fountain. Our hosts also provided us with an incredibly warm reception upon arrival, and could not have been more generous and helpful throughout our stay. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we hope we will be able to stay in the apartment again the next time we return to Rome! We could not recommend it more highly. Thanks again for everything!

un placer volver a comunicarme con usted luego de las vacaciones, que ciertamente han sido maravillosas por el reencuentro con mi familia en Italia, y por los 4 días pasados en Roma. ¿Y qué decir de esa ciudad? Volví a enamorarme de Roma, hacía 14 años que habíamos ido por primera vez y en 2 días hicimos los puntos de interés turístico a las corridas, en cambio, ésta vez fueron 4 días de caminar toda la ciudad, no hemos tomado un solo bus o taxi, recorrimos todos los puntos de interés y además descubrimos otros hermosos lugares de la ciudad, iglesias pequeñas y sencillas por fuera y que por dentro eran de una belleza lujosa, nos fascinó San Giovanni in Laterano (aunque no es nada pequeña). Los monumentos son bellísimos, las fontanas, las plazas, parques, en fin, todo sublime!!!

Del apartamento Agnese in Agone puedo decirle que estamos muy conformes con la funcionalidad y las prestaciones que tiene, además de estar ubicado en un lugar ideal, equidistante de todo lo importante para ver en Roma. Muy cómodo, luminoso, ventilado, limpio, silencioso (a pesar de estar a 40 metros de Piazza Navona) gracias a tener ventanas herméticas. Lo único en contra que tenemos para decir, es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente ni en el dormitorio ni en la sala, se lo transmitimos al chico que nos hizo el check out para que los siguientes inquilinos no tuvieran ese problema, ya que el calor romano en la semana del 5 al 9 de julio fue agobiante. Por lo demás, podemos decir tranquilamente que es un lugar estupendo al que volveríamos si se diera la ocasión, y que absolutamente recomendamos.

De RentalinRome no hay más que palabras de agradecimiento por todo lo brindado, la agilidad de respuestas a los mails, la puntualidad en entregar las llaves por parte de Alejandro y todos sus consejos, que vinieron muy bien, sobre todo la visita a los Museos Vaticanos a través de una agencia con guía, la señora Ivette de Vastours, quien hizo que disfrutaramos y aprendieramos mucho de este paseo, valió la pena pagar 68 € cada uno (que para nosotros es muy caro).

Una vez más queremos agradecerle porque realmente alquilar un apartamento con RentalinRome fue la mejor opción, que repito, los recomendamos de ojos cerrados.

Alessandro was very accomodating & helpful. He explained the areas of interest around the apartment as well as the best ways to get around. I just wanted to tell you that myself, my wife and daughter all had a great time in Rome. The apartment was great. It was clean, convenient, air conditioning worked great, water pressure was good and the washing machine was a great help. The location, while a little further from the Coliseum that we would have liked, was centrally located between the Coliseum and San Giovanni in Laterane metro stops. I highly recommend this apartment for families of three to four people. The car service was courteous and on time.

Hemos disfrutado mi familia y amigos de unos dias maravillosos en Roma y asimismo del apartamento alquilado Leutary hi tech. A modo de comentario decirle que hemos sido atendidos de forma perfecta, tanto a la llegada al aeropuerto por la chica que nos esperaba y la persona encargada de transportarnos hasta el apartamento, como de Alejandro, la persona que nos esperaba a la entrada del apartemento, muy atento este ultimo y resolviendo todas nuestras posibles dudas y ofrenciendonos toda la informacion para pasar unos buenos dias en Roma y aprovecharlos de la mejor manera posible. Por contra dentro de la excursion que hicimos con guia al Vaticano estuvo un tanto regular, ya que aparte de llegar tarde el vehiculo a recogernos al sitio en el que habiamos quedado HOTEL TIZIANO, a la hora de recogernos una vez finalizada la visita no se presento nadie, teniendo que ir hasta el apartamento desde el sitio en el que nos dejo el autocar (PIAZZA COLONNA), en el que habiamos ido. Otro detalle es que en el apartamento me fue imposible conectarme a internet y el folleto explicativo del apartamento aparece publicitado como que existe conexion (si la habia no fui capaz a localizarla). Por lo demas todo perfecto y sin duda aconsejaremos y en un futuro seguro que repetimos. ?n saludo!

We used the Limousine Service on June 1, 2010 from Vicolo De Bovari to the Airport. We had a 7AM pickup and the representative was at our door at 6:45AM. We were very grateful for this early arrival. The driver was courteous helpful and got us to the airport safely and quickly. The van was big enough for 4 people and 4 pieces of luggage. Everything about this limo rental service worked out perfectly. We very much appreciated the opportunity to use the service! We will definitely recommend it to others.

Hallo Sonja,

wir sind gestern Abend wieder wohlbehalten in unserer Heimatgemeinde angekommen. Wir möchten und müssen Euer Team ganz toll loben. Die gesamte Abwicklung des Aufenthalts - einfach perfetto! Doch mal im Einzelnen: Das Abholen in Fiumiciono war ja der erste Eindruck und der war toll. Der Limousinenservice = Spitze - nicht nur die Mitarbeiterin, die uns mit sher gut lesbarem Schild erwartete sondern auch der Fahrer und das Fahrzeug. Das fahren in Rom erfordert ja schon gewissen Nervenstärke und dann noch in den engen Gassen der Altstadt! Der Fahrer hat das bravourös gemeistert. Im Studio pünktlich angekommen erwartete uns Gloria und erklärte uns alls kurz und knapp und dann waren wir auf unsgestellt. Das App. klein, aber gemütlich, wenn auch der Aussensitzplatz etwas karg ausfällt, aber dafür hält man sich da ja auch die wenigste Zeit auf. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist wirklich intakt und bietet eigentlich alles - Ruhe - kurze Wege zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten - ganz wichtig auch die Bushaltestellen und natürlich die Restaurants und Bars. Hervorheben wollen wir vor allen Dingen die "Antica Trattoria" schräg gegenüber vom Appartement. Beste römische Hausmannkost - hier stimmen das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis aufjeden Fall. Servicepersonal - TOP Wir gehen normalerweise abends immer mal wieder wo anders zum Essen. In diesem Fall aber waren wir wirklich jeden Abend dort und wurden am Ende schon wie "alte Stamm- gäste" behandelt. Am Tag der Abreise - der Fahrer war äusserts pünktlich und hat uns dann auch wohlbe- halten am Flugplatz abgeliefert. Eines ist sicher - wenn wir wieder nach Rom fahren, dann nur mit "rentalrome". The apartment was in a very good location, in a tiny quiet Vicolo in Trastevere, but just round the corner from loads of restaurants. All the main ancient sites were within a half hour's walk so we went 'home' for a rest and lunch some days. The appartment had everything we needed for breakfast and light pasta supper but no oven or grill. The bathroom was small and the shower could do with updating but we managed well. The appartment was spacious and comfortable, with nice furnishings (but no frills), and the only real down side was lack of much natural daylight. One suggestion - a map of where to find bread and groceries would be helpful, also bus routes to main places of interest. A great stay, very good price and thank you!

Just to say thanks to you and rentinrome. We had a wonderful time at the Apartment Rosa during our 7 day stay (one extra thanks to the volcano and your efficient office). Alejandro gave me an evaluation form which I will fill out but I especially wanted to thank you for your prompt replies to all my enquiries. The apartment was exactly as represented, very large and comfortable for 3 -- just what we wanted and good value for the money. The location 10 minutes from the Vatican and Trastevere and 12 minutes from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon was great. At first I was concerned about traffic noise but the windows are very well double glazed. The only possible complaint could be the many ambulances going to the next door hospital but that didn't bother us again - the sound proofing was quite good. There is also an excellent Mini-Market just below as well as a great panini shop - all in all a great holiday.

I would recommend your service to anyone.

nous venons de rentrer de 4 jours de vacances à Rome qui se sont transformer en 6 jours compte tenu des évènements en Islande. nous tenons à vous féliciter pour votre sérieux, agent sur place à l'heure prévue, dispo même le dimanche ce qui nos permis de relouer les 2 logements et éviter de dormir à l'aéroport. les apparts sont en tout identique à la description, fonctionnels et la terrasse très agréable, à 2 pas du métro et du colisé, supermarché à 100m et super glacier au fond de la rue. nous avons l'habitude de séjourner 1 fois par an à Rome et c'était la première fois que nous louions un appart mais je pense que désormais nous choisirons cette option. A recommander les restos qui vous sont proposés par l'agent ils sont très bon.

Tom and I returned last night from our fantastic trip to Rome. We were very pleased with the apartment, House Gold) on the via dell Carrozze, #12. It was so spacious and well furnished and we loved having two bathrooms and the large towels. Having the apartment cleaned and getting new towels during our stay was an added bonus. The location was wonderful and only an 8 minute walk to where our son is living on the Via dell Umilata and a short walk to the grocery store. It was very quiet at night and we always got a good night's sleep. The only negative was having Vladimer arrive late with the keys upon our arrival. Since we did not have a cell phone, we had to use the phone in the hotel across the street to call him when he had not arrived by 11am, which was the time on the voucher you sent via e-mail. Thank you for all of your assistance in helping us find such a wonderful apartment in Rome for our stay. You were always prompt with your replys to our questions and inquiries. We will definitely recommend you and Rental in Rome to our friends.

I want to thank you for your excellent service during our visit to Rome March 3 to March 17. We rented the Cavour Ivory apartment, at Piazza Cavour 17 and were quite satisfied. Umberto the concierge was very polite and helpful. Our only real complaints were in reference to some of the kitchen utensils. There were no kitchen knifes and only one table knife. (I bought a paring knife which I left in the apartment.) The skillet was flimsy and so warped that it was dangerous to use. Also there was no carafe for the coffee maker. We booked airport transport in both directions through “Rental In Rome” and were very happy with the service, which arrived right on time, and was clean and courteous. We also booked a Tivoli excursion. Again the driver arrived on time as promised. We were delivered directly to the gates of Villa Adrianna and Villa d’Este. In addition the driver directed us to an excellent pizza restaurant in Tivoli. We were very pleased with your drivers skills in navigating the Rome traffic (and very happy not to be driving ourselves.)

Thank you Marco for recommending this apartment. This was our 2nd trip to Rome and the 2nd time we have used your services. This apartment was exactly as pictured on the website and was perfect for our needs. We are the type that doesn't spend much time in our rooms we are out exploring the city. The location was wonderful it is a few blocks from piazza navona and just behind palazzo altemps. We walked thru piazza navona every night for gellato. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was actually bigger than the last apartment in rome we stayed in(which is still small for americans) It is on a very quiet street and you can walk everywhere. I also want to thank the very nice young men who came to meet us, it was very kind that they came early and quickly to let us in and turn on the heat. Even though it rained while we were in Rome we love it and your services help greatly. I will recommend you and if I am lucky enough to return for a third trip to Rome use you again. Thank you

nous venons de passer 5 jours du 8 au 13 avril dans l'appartement CAVOUR situé à la VIA CAVOUR, près du Colisée. Très bel appartement, 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Etat impeccable, bien situé avec métro à 100 mètres et transport en commun dans la rue. Proche de très bons restaurants et via le métro à 5 minutes du centre de la ville. A recommander à toute famille de minimum 6 personnes. Personnel d'accueil très agréable et aucunes surprises par rapport à la description de l'appartement. Total : 10/10 !!!!!!

I wanted to thank you and your team for the efficient, pleasant service provided to my group. Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately by your drivers. I would also like to give a special thanks to our driver on the way back to the airport. There was a big traffic problem on the highway (it appeared to be an accident with a fire). Our driver notified the second driver by phone, and immediately got off of the highway and worked around the delays on the highway. As a result, what could have been a very long delay was not a problem at all. Our other group made it to the airport without any delay and our delay was minimized. In the future, if we visit Rome or have anyone visiting Rome, I will be sure to recommend the use of your services.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome  car l'appartement était très bien situé dans le quartier du Vatican ce qui nous a permis de très belles ballades dans ce quartier.. la nuit c'est féerique !
L'appartement était simple mais bien conçu avec une très belle terrasse .
Si nous envisageons prochainement un voyage à Rome nous ferons sûrement appel à vos services, mais ce n'est pas prévu pour l'instant ..

we loved it.  The views were fantastic.  The terrace off the kitchen was something we enjoyed immensely.  In fact it was exactly as the pictures depicted and we were not disappointed in anything.  There was no lift, but the energetic young man with the keys (I believe the owner) carried our luggage up for us.  It was our first experience at renting an apartment overseas and we would do it again and stay at the apartment again as well.  The area was very good and with the markets at the end of the steps we had a very authentic experience with the food shopping.  Was also very clean with all the necessary facilities.

We just returned from a 10 day stay in the Renaissance 1 apartment. It was a lovely apartment, well appointed, spacious and comfortable...it became our home away from home. But even more importantly, the apartment is in the heart of the city with views of historic Via Giulia and the Tiber below. We were thrilled. Rental in Rome staff, including Anna, Cynthia and Davide, were helpful and attentive--even long distance. An initial problem with hot water was addressed immediately and resolved. I have already recommended Rental in Rome to friends and family. Many thanks!

De l'arrivée à l'aéroport jusqu'au retour, c'était un véritable plaisir. L'appartement était très agréable avec beaucoup de charme, dépassait les attentes que j'en avais. J'aurais souhaité laisser une appréciation sur votre site, mais il ne semble pas que cela soit possible. En tout cas, je ne manquerai pas de recommander Rental in Rome autour de moi, et passerai à nouveau par vos services lors d'un prochain séjour. Merci et bonne journée !

Just a word to recommend this service and darling apartment.  You were able to rent us the apt at last minute over the phone, and the person was available to meet us at the appointed time in accordance with our travel schedule.  Apartment was clean and just as described.

Good location 7 mins walk from Piazza de Spagna metro and 2 mins from Borghesi Gardens.  Good light and air for a ground floor apt.  Kitchen functional except no corkscrew for our wine (what?) but we got help from the wonderful little restaurant next door, so friendly!

Beds very comfortable.  We stayed with 2 young children, and adults could sleep on the fold out beds in the main room while kids slept in the loft.  Wireless internet worked great. Large bathroom, plenty of hot water.  We'd recommend!

Just arrived back from Rome having stayed in the Vodice Balcony apartment.  Had a great time and the apartment was in an ideal location; in a quieter part of town but within easy reach of local transport systems.

Accommodation well equipped and very clean.  A very slick and informative handover when we arrived and left.  Would definately stay here again and highly recommend booking with Rental in Rome.
