I cannot believe that my stay in Rome is almost complete!  It feels like just a few days ago that I arrived at Via del Mattonato.

I do want to let you know that I have enjoyed my stay at this address.  The location is ideal; close to the center of the city but also a bit secluded from the bustle.  The Tommasinis have been attentive to our needs and are friendly faces in the neighborhood.  The apartment is very comfortable and is well appointed.  I only wish I was going to be here longer to better enjoy the view into the back courtyard, which is just now getting covered in flowers.

El apartamento que hemos rentado en la calle Eroi, cumplió e incluso superó todas nuestras expectativas, la presentación del mismo fué exactamente como las fotos lo mostraban, la limpieza era buena y teníamos todos los elementos necesarios para la cocina y la higiene. La localización era exelente y lo que más disfrutamos fué del mercado que estaba saliendo del apartamento, ya que pudimos comprar de lo mejos y de lo más fresco de Italia!

My husband, my parents, my sister, and I have just returned to our respective homes after a wonderful stay in Rome.  The Giannone apartment was perfect for the five of us.  The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautiful just as advertised on your website.  The apartment is conveniently located near local fruit/vegetable markets, grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants.  We enjoyed the sights, smells, and sounds of the markets on our daily walk to the Cipro Metro stop which is approximately 10 minutes from the apartment.  The entrance to the Vatican Museum is relatively close as well -- about a 20-minute walk.  For those travelers who are concerned about safety, the apartment complex has a gate, one key to the apartment complex, and another key to the apartment itself.  The apartment complex seems to be situated in a nice area so we were never concerned about safety.

A special thanks to Iryna (I apologize if I misspelled her name)for her flexibility and understanding.  My parents, who had a portion of the balance of the apartment, arrived nine hours late because of flight cancellations.  Iryna was kind enough to let my husband, my sister, and me into the apartment so we could rest.  She returned later in evening once my parents arrived to settle the balance.  Iryna was also helpful in explaining were to find the local markets, grocery stores, etc.  She was readily available by mobile if we had any questions.

Thank you for all your help in arraging our stay at Giannone.  My family and I would highly recommend this apartment to future visitors to Rome.

Thank you for making the arrangements for our stay in Rome so easy. We were met at the apartment and shown around and given all the info we needed regarding the heating, the water and electrics etc! The apartment was huge! It looked big on the website but was even bigger in real life!
It\'s position was perfect...just a few hundred yards from the Pantheon making it easy to get to all the main attractions. There was also a mini supermarket, tabbaconist and bar all within a few metres.
Also, our flight was not until 9pm and we arranged to leave our cases in the apartment until 3pm making it really easy to enjoy our last day in Rome (with the suitcases!).
There is a hairdryer, wonderful crisp white towels and an iron at the apartment so no need to take these with you..leaving you space to buy more to take home!

my name is Caoimhin de Bhailis. I along with my wife and son stayed in the condotti balcony apartment recently, March 23rd to March 30th. I am just writing to say that the apartment was great. the location was excellent and it surpassed what we had expected in terms of its convenience to the sights of Rome. It was brilliant to not have had to need to use any form of transport except our own legs for getting to all the things we were able to visit . The taxi service, collection at airport on arrival and collection from apartment on departure, was punctual and helpful. We are grateful that we were allowed to remain at the apartment until late in the day as our flight was an evening flight home. We have already recommended this apartment to friends and indeed it I have to give them the rental min rome web address after I finish this email so that they may begin within the next day or two their own search of your excellent web site.
 
The view from the balcony was lovely and we were blessed with great weather for the duration of our stay which only added to the enjoyment which would have been great even if the weather was bad such was the benefit of the location of the apartment and the space which it provided for relaxing after a long day enjoying the sights of Rome.
 
We hope to return later in the year, perhaps October.
 
One thing , Irish people love tea so a kettle, either electric or for use on the stove would be a welcome addition to a perfect holiday.

Thank you VERY Much for arranging for us the apartment in Rome.

We left at 7:00am and did not use the washing machine at all, there was something left in the washing machine perhaps from the previous tourists, just in case if the owner asks you. 

My friends were very happy with the apartment and have express the fact that they will recommend you in the future.   They were happy with the cleanliness of the apartment as well as the fact the public transportation, supermarket and the public market being nearby.   Also the access of the internet was extremely helpful as we were able to e-mail our family to advise them we were ok.  

Please tell Mr. Casso that unfortunately we had to use the phone to get a taxi as there were no phones nearby and the one we found was not working, by all means please charge the call to my credit card if needed.   My friends were carrying heavy luggage and were not able to take the bus or walk all the way to the Termini.   The towels we were given had a strong smell of cigarrett's smoke and we only use two of them.

Tomorrow I'm meeting Viviana Cortile in Florence where we'll be staying until Monday morning.

Rome is a beautiful city, the history and architecture of its buildings everywhere you go is unbelievable . . .    keep promoting your country and city it's definetely a place everyone should visit !!!

I returned from Rome late last week and wanted to update you on my stay in angelica apartment. I was very please that it was so spacious, clean and well-stocked.  I stayed in another apartment (only 2 blocks away) earlier in the week and wished my entire stay had been in yours.  I will definitely recommend it to friends.  I traveled with two of my children to visit my daughter who is living in Rome.  On one of the nights we were celebrating her birthday and decided to cook our meal and eat in.  She ended up spending the night along with her friend.  No extra towel or sheets were used because she slept with me and her friend slept on the couch.  The following night, since we had to leave very early in the morning  they ended up staying again.  I wanted to let you know since I had booked the apartment for 3 people and that was my intention.  If there are changes to be made, let me know.  I do intend to make a comment on the customer service portion of the website as overall I was very pleased with my stay at Angelica.  Thank you
