GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The pick-up is considered booked only after receiving the confirmation voucher

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require a cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your arrival. If the cancellation is less than 24 hours, the full rate will be required.

FEES:
For arrivals and departures between 10:30 pm and 6:00 am an additional charge of € 20 is required.

The pick-up rate includes a waiting time of 1h 30 and parking fees. Over this time we will charge you € 25. We kindly ask the clients to inform us about any eventual delay .

BABY SEAT:
If you require a baby seat there is an extra cost of € 35

PAYMENT:
We don’t accept credit cards , cheques or pre-payments. You pay in cash at your arrival to the driver.

In case you book a roundtrip, we require the full payment in cash of the service on your arrival

AIRPORT INFORMATION:
Meeting Points at Rome Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci) Airport

• Terminal 1: In the Domestic and International arrivals area (ground floor), meeting point area which is where you exit after collecting your luggage.
• Terminal 3: In the area in the arrivals hall (ground floor of the arrivals building). Right beside the big column next to the arrivals display. Meet our hostess at the arrival area
• Terminal 4: Same as above.
• Terminal 5: Same as above.

Meeting Points at Ciampino Airport

Arrival Terminal:
On the ground floor. Meet your driver at the arrival area.
Currency is available at bureau de change in the arrivals hall and some baggage reclaim areas.

TRAIN INFORMATION:
Meeting Point Termini station: Track n.24.

PORT INFORMATION:
Meeting point Civitavecchia port: Quay where your ship docks.
For departure your meeting point is in front of the apartment where the driver will wait for you.
