My girlfriend and I stayed at the Four Seasons Apartment near the Colosseum and we were greeted in Rome with professionalism from the moment we arrived. We were met at the airport, assisted with our luggage, and provided with numerous contacts and support during our stay. The apartment was immaculate, bright, and included all the necessary elements for cooking, cleaning, washing, and other travel needs. You were very kind and thoughtful in recommending us some great apartments that met our requirements. The Etruria Apartment was wonderful and as we had expected. It is just a couple of Metro stops away from the major sights and quiet enough at night. With the metro, a friendly neighborhood grocer, pharmacy, a supermarket, and lots of cheap but good places to eat, we couldn't ask for more. We miss it already! In fact, it was nice that we almost didn't leave the apartment everyday to go sightseeing! Matteo was superb and equally helpful to us and patient in answering the numerous questions we had - even through text messages the whole week! Please let him know that we truly appreciate it very much and wish him all the best. We have already recommended rentalinrome to friends and when we do return to italy, we will definitely require your services again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome car l'appartement
était très bien situé dans le quartier du Vatican ce qui
nous a permis de très belles ballades dans ce quartier..
la nuit c'est féerique !
L'appartement était simple mais bien conçu avec une très
belle terrasse .
Si nous envisageons prochainement un voyage à Rome nous
ferons sûrement appel à vos services, mais ce n'est pas
prévu pour l'instant ..

loved it. The views were fantastic. The terrace off
the kitchen was something we enjoyed immensely. In fact
it was exactly as the pictures depicted and we were not
disappointed in anything. There was no lift, but the
energetic young man with the keys (I believe the owner)
carried our luggage up for us. It was our first
experience at renting an apartment overseas and we would
do it again and stay at the apartment again as well.
The area was very good and with the markets at the end
of the steps we had a very authentic experience with the
food shopping. Was also very clean with all the
necessary facilities.

Dear Sonja,
the apartment was big. It was clean and the
kitchen was equipped well.
It is located centrally in the old city area.
The downside: Noise. Campo is a great place to hang out
and so do the masses. The noise from the local
establishments is loud until 1-2am every night.
The high def TV is a nice addition but it will only show two
channels of really old reruns and is useless. Out of 120
channels signal was only turned on for 6 - which was really
only three channels. They repeat. Two were nothing more
than shoppping channels. What a waste of a good TV.
The internet connection worked perfectly. It is wired as
the wireless is secured and no password was given.
Nice apartment with a couple of faults.
Our drivers from the car service were Excellent.

We just returned from a 10 day stay in the Renaissance 1 apartment. It was a lovely apartment, well appointed, spacious and comfortable...it became our home away from home. But even more importantly, the apartment is in the heart of the city with views of historic Via Giulia and the Tiber below. We were thrilled. Rental in Rome staff, including Anna, Cynthia and Davide, were helpful and attentive--even long distance. An initial problem with hot water was addressed immediately and resolved. I have already recommended Rental in Rome to friends and family. Many thanks!

Just a word to recommend this service and darling apartment.
You were able to rent us the apt at last minute over the
phone, and the person was available to meet us at the
appointed time in accordance with our travel schedule. Apartment
was clean and just as described.
Good location 7 mins walk from Piazza de Spagna metro and 2
mins from Borghesi Gardens. Good light and air for a ground
floor apt. Kitchen functional except no corkscrew for our
wine (what?) but we got help from the wonderful little
restaurant next door, so friendly!
Beds very comfortable. We stayed with 2 young children, and
adults could sleep on the fold out beds in the main room
while kids slept in the loft. Wireless internet worked
great. Large bathroom, plenty of hot water. We'd recommend!

Just arrived back from Rome having stayed in the Vodice
Balcony apartment. Had a great time and the apartment was
in an ideal location; in a quieter part of town but within
easy reach of local transport systems.
Accommodation well equipped and very clean. A very slick
and informative handover when we arrived and left. Would

Hallo Isaac,
We zijn net terug uit Rome en voor
mij reden om meteen in de pen te klimmen.
Zoals je weet was het voor mijn
schoonouders de afsluiting van hun 50 jarig
huwelijksfeest, tesamen met eigen kinderen en
kleinkinderen.
Reeds lang vantevoren kreeg ik de
opdracht in de schoenen geschoven om de vliegreis en de
verblijfsaccomodatie te regelen. Nou de vliegreis was
nogal eens vlug gebeurd. De accomodatie had wat meer
voeten in de aarde, mede vanwege het grote aanbod en de
diversiteit aan al dan niet vertrouwde aanbieders.
Het contact dat ik met jou legde, via
Rental-in-Rome, was meteen heel vertrouwd. Ik kan wel
zeggen dat de aangeboden apartementen geheel aan onze
verwachtingen hebben voldaan en dat we uiterst tevreden
zijn over de geboden prijs-kwaliteit en de service van
jou en Davide. In één woord geweldig.
Mede door dit goede verblijfadres, op
loopafstand van de metro en van winkels, markt en
bezienswaardigehden, voelden wij ons snel thuis in Rome.
Isaac, nogmaals onze hartelijke dank.
En wil je die dank ook over brengen aan je collega
Davide!
En als wij iemand een organisatie
moeten aanbevelen in Rome, dan wordt dat Rental-in-Rome.
Het gaat je goed daar in Rome.

J'aimerais vous faire quelques commentaires sur notre séjour à
l'appartement que nous avons loué:
1. L'accueil: Très bien puisque monsieur Fortuna nous attendait
à l'heure dite. Malgré la barrière du langage on s'est bien
débrouillé pour se comprendre mutuellement sur la majorité des
aspects qui nous intéressaient sauf le point sur la date du
ménage que vous avez résolu suite à mon courriel.
2. L'appartement:
* Globalement l'appartement correspondait à ce qu'on voulait
* La cuisine était complète au niveau des appareils ménagers
et tout était fonctionnel à l'exception de la cafetière
électrique. On s'est débrouillé avec une petite cafetière 2-3
tasses. La vaisselle était plus que complète sauf qu'il n'y
avait que 2 verres à vin pour 4 personnes. On a acheté un verre
à vin que nous avons laissé dans l'appartement.
* Toilettes: Le fait que l'appartement avait 2 salles de
bain nous a été grandement utile; c'est un point positif pour
l'appartement. On avait l'eau chaude nécessaire pour prendre
une douche ou un bain.
* Climatisation: C'était très fonctionnel dans chacune des
chambres; c'était un <must> dans les chambres afin de bien
dormir.
* Internet: Nous avions apporté notre ordinateur portable et
tout était fonctionnel; par contre à l'endroit où était situé la
prise internet il nous était impossible de brancher l'ordinateur
avec son cordon d'alimentation électrique car il n'y avait qu'une
seule prise électrique(Nous croyons que c'est un point d'amélioration).
Nous avons résolu notre problème en achetant un <splitter> afin
de brancher le modem et le portable ensemble.
* Les chambres: Les chambres étaient très bien, d'une bonne
grandeur et il y avait de la place de rangement pour nos
vêtements
* Salle à manger et salon: La table était très grande pour
accueillir au moins 10 personnes; ça nous donnait assez de place
pour mettre tous les petits plats cuisinés. Le salon qui est
joint à la salle à manger a été peu utilisé car la télévision ne
comportait que des chaines italiennes. Nous aurions apprécié
quelques chaines internationales(point d'amélioration selon nous)
* La superficie: La superficie de l'appartement était très
adéquat compte tenu que nous étions 4 adultes
* L'emplacement: Nous avons trouvé que l'appartement était
très bien situé(10 minutes à pied du Vatican) et des autobus au
coin de la rue pouvant nous amener dans le centre. Nous nous
sentions en sécurité dans le quartier car on s'est promené tard
le soir. Il y avait deux(2) supermercato, boucherie,
pâtisseries à quelques minutes de l'appartement.
En résumé le séjour a été fort agréable dans cet appartement et
je le recommanderais sans hésiter. Notre seul regret est que l'appartement
n'avait pas de balcon afin de prendre nos repas à l'extérieur

Passamos um mês
de férias no apartamento Tritone B, em Roma, e foi maravilhoso!
Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Sr. Ennio da Rental in Rome. O
apartamento tem excelente localização, entre a Praça de Espanha e a
Fontana de Trevi. Tem supermercado bem pertinho e várias linhas de
ônibus passam muito próximas ao apartamento. Encontramos tudo limpo
e em ordem e fomos muito bem recebidos pelo simpático proprietário
Sr. Filippo.. A cidade é limpa, segura e cheia de vida. Tem muitos
museus, feiras ao ar livre, parques, restaurantes , shows, e até
praia , enfim, não falta nada ! Se alguém estiver pensando em ir a
Roma, saiba que é uma ótima opção para as férias! Recomendo este
apartamento !

The
facilities
were
good
(although

shower

enjoyed

able

see

area
as a
local
Mr
Alexandro
was
very
prompt
to
come
when
we
rang
to
say
we
had
arrived
and
told
us
where

local
supermarket
was.
It
is
a
very
calm
apartment
we
walked
past
the
Spanish
steps
it
was
noisy
all
around
but
as
soon
as
we
closed
the
front
door
it
was
so
peaceful
and
very
comfortable.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. It was a nice surprise to find a complementary bottle of wine awaiting our arrival. The owner, Claudia was very charming and helpful. We would also like to thank the lovely concierge lady (I believe her name is Sandra) for helping us with the directions and recommendations.
The area is mostly residential, but there are several restaurants and shops near by. Nice clean subway station is only about 3 minute walk from the apartment. We felt very safe coming back late in the evening.
There is a big supermarket (Coin) just a few blocks away, where we got more vino, and all of our snacks/picnic goodies.
We had a wonderful time, and would highly recommend your services to others.

better

some
wonderful
treats
in
the
fridge
for
us
on
arrival
and
even
took
us
out

evening
to
tour
around
the
city
when
it
was
dark
and
all
lit
up.
Absolutely
amazing.
I
can't
believe
how
generous
he
was
with
his
time
and
the
attention
to
detail
in
the
apartment
was
perfect. He
also
sorted
out
out
travel
tickets
for
us
and
gave
great
directions
re
where
to
shop
and
the
quickest
way
to
get
into
Rome
which
was
about
30
minutes
away.
The
area
where
we
stayed
was
lovely
- an
up
market
residential
area
which
was,
as
you
said,
very
quiet
in
the
evenings
but
had
a
wonderful
range
of
shops,
bars
and
restaurants.
Also,
the
private
garden
was
wonderful
-
bigger
than
we
thought,
and
a
perfect
space
to
eat
or
have
a
glass
of
wine. The
limosine
service
also
worked
very
well
-
the
driver
was
waiting
for
us
on
arrival
and
was
also
very
punctual
for
our
departure,
we
couldn't
have
asked
for
more. We
run
a
high
quality
award
winning
Guest
House
in
England
and
are
often
disappointed
when
we
travel,
however
this
time
we
were
absolutely
delighted
with
our
choice
so
must
thank
you
so
much
for
your
help
in
guiding
us
to
Bevagna
Garden.
It
made
my
husband's

We zijn weer terug
in Wierden. We
hebben hele fijne
dagen gehad, een
super fijn
appartement, zeer
gunstig gelegen,
m.n. ook 's nachts
heel rustig. We
hebben bijna alles
lopend kunnen doen.
Van vliegveld met de
trein naar
Trastevere ging ook heel
goed en vanaf daar
eerst met tram 8
naar Trastevere 138.
Jammer dat op 1 mei
alles gesloten was,
daardoor was het op
straat superdruk.
's Avonds hebben we
heerlijk gegeten in
de wijk Trastevere,
erg gezellig.
Buren en familie heb
ik al enthousiast
gemaakt over Rome,
dus wie weet.

bezahlbaren, zentral

gelegenen Unterkunft in
Rom sind wir nach
längerer Internet-Recherche
von einer Hotel-Unterkunft
abgekommen und haben uns
für eine Ferienwohnung,
hier das Apartment
Cavour Green,
entschieden, das wir
Mitte März 2009 für 1
Woche bewohnten. Die
sehr groβzügige Wohnung
liegt zu einer ruhigen
Nebestraβe hin, und
durch die neunen
Kunststofffenster dringt
fast kein Straβenlärm
hoch in den mit einen
Aufzug erreichbaren 5.
Stock. Neben Wohnzimmer
mit Küchenecke und
groβem Schlafzimmer sind
2 Badezimmer vorhanden (eines
mit Toilette und Dusche
und eines mit Toilette
und Badewanne.) Das
Frühstück haben wir uns
selbst zubereitet, (2
Alimentari liegen nur
wenige Meter vom Haus
entfernt), Restaurants,
Cafes und Pizzerien gibt
es im Erdgeschoss bzw.
in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Der Abholservice vom
Flughafen hat perfekt
funktioniert. Die Lage
unweit von Engelsburg,
Vatican und 3
Tiberbrücken fanden wir
hervorragend, so dass
wir auch als Senioren
andere
Sehenswürdigkeiten
benutzten wir Busse (Haltestellen
direkt vor dem Haus).
Die
Wohnung entsprach voll
unseren Erwatungen, wir
würden sie jederzeit
wieder anmieten.

Our stay in both via della
Teatro Pace in Roma and also
at via Ginori in Firenze were
wonderful. Both apartments
were immaculately presented,
had all amenities and really
great locations. The owners
were on site to meet us at
each apartment at the agreed
arrival time, so our
'check-in' was done quickly
and efficiently.
This was the first time that
I had booked accommodation
over the web. I had heard
stories of people who had
booked accommodation on the
basis of photos that
appeared on an accommodation
website and had then found
on arrival at the property
that the standard of the
accommodation was not as had
been presented in the photos.
In the case of both Teatro
Pace and via Ginori, I was very
impressed to note that the
photos of the apartments on
Rental in Rome's website
corresponded to what we
found when we arrived.
I would be very happy to
stay in both properties
again and would recommend
both to friends.
I would also like to thank
you and Marco for all the
assistance you offered me
prior to my departure. It
was greatly appreciated.
Our trip was fantastic. We
had a great time in Roma and
Firenze and also visited
Siena, Lucca and Venezia (where
we experienced the Aqua
Alta). I also had time in
Edinburgh (2 months), Paris
(1 week), Toulouse (1 week),
Krakow (1 week) and Menaggio
on Lago di Como (1 week).
Having had such a wonderful
time, it has made going back
to work this week a bit of a
challenge...

Collegio Apartment in the Piazza
Navona area which we were

apartment was beautiful, very
clean with all essential
appliances for a self catering
break, the only issue for some
could be that the ceilings,
although beautiful, were a
little bit low for anyone 6ft or

We had a
simply magical time here - the weather
cooperated and we logged many, many miles
walking around Roma. Pateras was wonderful
as always - a home away from home.
We never did
get the satellite to work but it didn't seem
to matter as our days were very full and we
enjoyed the DVD's you brought at night. (Troy
says Gomorra will be the Italian entry to
the Academy Awards this year apparently.)

great time in Rome, the weather was wonderful and we
walked and walked and walked. The apartment was small
but perfect for us. Its location is the main thing,
within easy walking distance to all the attractions, a
supermercato just across the road, a good enoteca next
door (where we had lunch most days) great salumeria/formaggeria
around the corner.
The pick-up service was very efficient and made the trip
to and from the apartment hassle free. Please pass on my
thanks.
We mentioned your company to quite a few people on our
trip as they thought our idea of an apartment was a good
one as they had stayed in hotels.

wir sind wohlbehalten zurück, noch ein bisschen müde.
Ankunft zu Hause heute früh um 2 h.
Wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden. Es ist ein schönes
Appartement und eigentlich ideal gelegen: Ruhige
Seitenstraße ganz nahe bei der U-Bahn, die in 15 Minuten
im Zentrum ist. Ein schöner Supermarkt in der Nähe, was
also mehr.
Auch dass wir unsere Koffer gestern noch im Flur bis zur
Abreise haben stehen lassen dürfen, war sehr, sehr
angenehm. Frau Larissa war zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch
nicht in der Wohnung gewesen.
Der sehr persönliche Kontakt mit Ihnen hat mich sehr
beglückt, die ganze Abwicklung, die Hilfe vor Ort waren wunderschön.
Ich habe richtig gerne mit Ihnen gesprochen und hatte
jederzeit das Gefühl, in guten Händen zu sein, falls es
Probleme geben könnte. Sie haben alles in bester Weise
für uns geregelt, es war alles so wie gewünscht.
Für das reichlich nasse Wetter, für den Sciopero (Museeum
eine Tag geschlossen), für das Hochwasser mit
Schiffsharvarie (Zugang zur Engelsburg bis auf Weiteres
geschlossen) sind andere verantwortlich. Vielleicht
schauen wir uns Rom auch noch mal bei Sonne und Wärme an,
und wenn es das Devoti dann noch gibt und Sie selbst
dann noch bei dem Laden sind, kann einer Wiederholung
nichts im Wege stehen.
Ich danke Ihnen, auch im Namen meiner Frau, ganz
herzlich, wünsche Ihnen ein gesegnetes Weihnachtsfest,

The place was exactly as
stated in the description. The place was nice, and had everything
needed for your stay. It was spacious for 6 adults. The location was
great. The subway stop was a 2 minute walk, and to the colosseum
was a 10 minute walk. There is a really good restaurant at the

Dear Isaac,
We have just returned
from our trip to Rome, and I wanted to let you know that we had a
fabulous time. The apartment was especially great. The location
was perfect. We could walk anywhere within the city. There was a
little shop for supplies as well as a pizza place. The apartment
itself was great. The view was so very nice. We really enjoyed the
terrace, although it was a little chilly in November, and a little
rain, but that did not dampen our spirits. We had a little
fireplace that held candles so it was very romantic, although I must
say by the end of each day we were very tired.
I would highly
recommend the apartment. It was very clean and came equipped with
everything anyone would need. I loved the hardwood floors. Also,
the lift was so charming. We did learn just a short time after we
arrived that we must close the inside double glass doors as well has
the metal outside door in order for the lift to work. Our lovely
neighbors had to use the stairs as a result.
We also used the pick
up services and that too was excellent. Our driver met us at the
airport right on time, delivered us to the apartment, made sure the
agent was their to greet us before he left us. Again the driver was
there promptly at our door for our departure and got us to the
airport in plenty time. He did us a great favor as we were flying
Alitalia through Delta. I requested the Alitalia gate and he said
he thought it should be the Delta gate. He was correct. Saved us a
bunch.
I look forward to
returning to Rome in the future. I did throw the coins in the
fountain so I am sure I will be back.
